#ThisIsOurShotOKC Social Media Influencer COVID-19 Vaccine Campaign

While responsible for overseeing the social media influencer campaign content with XOMAD and OCCHD, I worked with over 50 influencers to deliver facts and stop the spread of misinformation about the COVID-19 vaccine in our community. This campaign spanned across multiple social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and Youtube. The campaign was very successful with around 2.5 million impressions across social platforms from 350+ posts, stories, and tweets. The goal of the campaign was to reach OK county residents to assure them of the safety of the vaccine, with messages and real-life experiences from voices they trust.

There were over 75,000 engagements on these posts, with the overwhelming majority being positive responses. Influencers were also given graphics from a myths campaign I designed for the Oklahoma City-County Health Department, and many utilized the assets in their posts and stories. I also worked with the influencers as part of a "OKC Creatives Council" and answered their questions or concerns about vaccine directly via XOMAD's private platform.

OKC Pride Fest Booth

The Oklahoma City-County Health Department (OCCHD) attended the OKC Pride Fest and hosted an informational booth that also distributed COVID-19 vaccine. The main focus was letting the LGBTQ2S+ community know the agency was a safe place with a multitude of resources. Materials I created for the event included print materials such as a tri-fold brochure, A-Frame signage, and a front/back PrEP & PEP flyer. Digital materials included social media posts and creation of an informational LGBTQ2S+ Resources webpage.
